JANET MURRAY is an experienced, inspirational coach & consultant with over twenty years’ experience in both the corporate world and as a successful entrepreneur.
Her corporate background includes more than a decade with Shell UK/Shell International successfully negotiating and trading international oil contracts. Subsequently, she co-founded and launched her own training-delivery business that she later sold and which continues to thrive today.
As an experienced entrepreneur herself, Janet is an invaluable resource as both a coach and consultant.
She is a business coach in Residence at Imperial College, coaching start-up entrepreneurs, for Climate-KIC coaching post graduate entrepreneurs on innovation for businesses to mitigate climate change, and lead coaching for their "Greenhouse"pre-incubation programme. She has represented Climate-KIC at the UN Headquarters, New York presenting to future leaders at their Youth Assembly on innovation/entrepreneurship to meet UN sustainability goals.
Janet is passionate about empowering female entrepreneurs and is part of the EIT Heath project (partnered with IESE Business School, Karolinska Institutet & Technische Universität München) involved in the development of a mentoring programme for empowering women entrepreneurs in health innovation and is also part of the GENiE group at Harvard Business School.
As a mentor to both MBA graduates at the Imperial Business School, to start-ups in the Clean-Tech environment at London Business School, and entrepreneurs at EIE (European Institute for Entrepreneurship) in partnership with Bloom Accelerator,Janet has a passion for inspiring and coaching both individuals and businesses to succeed and excel in leadership and innovation.

Janet is the author of two coaching books (on Amazon), She is currently writing a book on authentic leadership.She continues to consult individuals, and is retained as an ongoing consultant by many of her past clients for her rare blend of intuitive personal wisdom and hard-nosed strategic and operational nouse. Janet’s clients range from entrepreneurs, politicians to academic institutions, business schools and tech companies. She is a business coach at Imperial College, London, helping entrepreneurs with their start-ups in science innovation and other leading edge technologies.

Kirsty has been working in the field of personal and organizational development since her early twenties as an educator & facilitator; consulting, training, coaching and speaking. She is a certified leadership and communications executive coach with extensive experience in supporting clients ranging from board and senior management level to entrepreneurs and students.
Alongside her rigorous academic and professional background, Kirsty brings presence and depths from decades of experience as a practitioner and instructor in mindfulness meditation, yoga and holistic personal development. In her earlier years she rode for Scotland and participated in many team sports, which provided personal insight into the potent role of sports in character development.
